South Korea

I’ve just been reading an excellent article in the e-journal of the Worldwide Democracy Network. It seems South Korea is fast becoming a world leader in the democracy stakes. Who would have thought it? It doesn’t seem so surprising, though, when you learn that 75% percent of households have broadband internet access, and the web’s popularity as a source of independent news is growing rapidly.
